2. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and we may delete or deactivate your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and pdesignlab. LLC regarding the Service.
